The National University announces the initiation of the online form filling process for the 2023 Masters of Applied Criminology and Police Management (MACPM) 1st Semester Examination. • Regular/Irregular Candidates: BDT 5,000/-
• Standardization Fee: BDT 1,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2023 MACPM 1st Semester Examination, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Regular and Irregular Candidates: Must be enrolled in the 2023 academic year.
2. Improvement Candidates: Students from the 2021 academic year with 'C', 'D', or 'F' grades in the 2022 examination.
   • Note: Improvement tests for 'C' and 'D' grades are permitted only once. Candidates with 'F' grades or those absent can attempt the improvement test a maximum of two times.

1. Access the Online Form:

   • Select "Apply to Online Form Fill-up (For Student)".
   • Enter your registration number and follow the instructions provided on the website.

2. Print and Submit the Form:

   • After completing the form, print a hard copy.
   • Attach two recent passport-sized photographs, attested by the Principal, in the designated areas on the form.
   • Ensure that both parts of the printed form are signed by the Principal/Director and the applicant.
   • Submit the signed form to your college’s designated desk before the specified deadline.

Step-by-Step Guide for Colleges: Online Data Entry and Verification

1. Verify and Enter Data:

   • Verify student applications against the Probable List.
   • Enter candidate data on the university website at www.nu.ac.bd via the College Login portal using the College Password.

2. Confirmation and Submission:

   • Print the detailed candidate information after data entry and have it signed by the Principal.
   • Submit the candidate statement and fee statement to the respective university branch following the prescribed guidelines.

Fee Payment Process

1. Payment Submission:

   • Examination fees must be deposited through Sonali Bank branches using the Sonali Seba service.
   • After payment, download and print the Pay Slip from the university website and verify the payment status.

2. Documentation:

   • Retain the original Pay Slip and related documents for future reference.

Examination Procedure and Syllabus

The examination will be conducted in accordance with the revised regulations and syllabus for the MACPM 1st Semester Course, as stipulated by the National University. Students are advised to prepare according to these guidelines to avoid any issues during the examination.

• Submission of Encourse Numbers: Colleges must retain encourse number print copies for two years after the declaration of examination results.
• Center Fee Allocation: Colleges will retain 25% of the center fee, with the remaining 75% submitted to the examination center’s Officer-in-Charge before the exams commence. This fee will cover all examination-related expenses, including obtaining examination answer sheets, sending examination papers, and other necessary accessories.
