Notice Regarding Extended Deadline for 2023 Honors 2nd Year Examination Form Submission

This is to notify all students of the 2023 Honors 2nd Year Examination under the National University that the deadline for completing the form submission process has been extended. This decision has been made to accommodate students who were unable to complete the procedure within the initially allocated period.

All candidates are instructed to carefully review the updated schedule below and complete the required steps accordingly.

Revised Timeline for Form Submission:

1. Commencement of Form Fill-up: 1 December 2024 (Sunday)
2. Deadline for Form Submission: 17 December 2024 (Tuesday)
3. Last Date for Data Entry Confirmation: 18 December 2024 (Wednesday) by 11:59 PM
4. Fee Submission through Sonali Seba: 19 December 2024 (Thursday) by 4:00 PM

Late Submission Fee:

Students who missed the initial deadline must pay a late submission fee of BDT 5,000 (Five Thousand Taka) as outlined in university regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

The following categories of students are eligible to participate in this extended form submission process:

1. Students from the 2013-14 academic session who obtained an (F) grade in one or more courses and have pending examination requirements.
2. Students from the 2017-18 academic session who were marked "Not Promoted" or did not attend the examinations during the scheduled period.

Important Reminder:

• Students should ensure all academic and administrative requirements are completed before submission.
• Requests for form submission or participation in the examination beyond this extended deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Practical examination grades are not subject to improvement.
