Official Notice: Form Fill-up for MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management (MBA in THM) First Year 1st Semester Examination 2023
The National University hereby notifies all affiliated institutions and students enrolled in the MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management (MBA in THM) program that the online form fill-up process for the First Year 1st Semester Examination 2023 will take place according to the schedule outlined below. A separate notice will be issued regarding the detailed examination schedule.

2. Examination Fees Structure
Regular/Irregular/Grade Improvement (Per Paper): ৳1000
Examination Center Fee: ৳500

Conditions for Eligibility:
Students belonging to the specified academic years may apply within the deadline.
Candidates who previously obtained a 'C' or 'D' grade are allowed to sit for improvement exams, but only once per subject.
Those who were marked as absent (NA) or failed (F grade) in previous examinations may apply for reexamination.
Note: Late submissions beyond the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Examination Format and Syllabus
The examination will be conducted in accordance with the approved syllabus and academic policies of the MBA in THM program.
5. Guidelines for Students’ Form Fill-up
Students must visit the official university website and access the Form Fill-up Portal using their registration credentials.
Once logged in, students must enter their details carefully and download the automatically generated form containing subject codes and fee details.
The printed form must be signed by the Principal and submitted to the designated college desk.
A recent passport-size photograph (attested by the Principal) must be affixed to the college's portion of the application form.
If any student's data is missing from the system, they should inform the university by 15/02/2025 through the appropriate communication channel.
6. Institutional Responsibilities for Data Verification and Submission
Colleges must ensure that all student details are correctly entered and verified before final submission.
The Principal must authenticate and approve all submitted forms, as the institution will bear responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Handwritten or manually prepared application forms will not be accepted.
Required documents must be submitted strictly within the given timeline.
7. Payment and Submission Instructions
Institutions must submit student applications along with the official payment slip generated via the designated online banking platform.
Fee payments must be completed through the university’s approved financial system.
Payments made using alternative methods will be considered invalid.
Colleges must retain a copy of the payment slip for future reference.
8. Submission of In-course Marks
Colleges must provide the in-course marks printout along with the examination application. Failure to submit in-course marks will lead to the rejection of the application.
9. Examination Center Management and Fee Utilization
Institutions may use 25% of the center fee to cover administrative costs related to the examination.
The remaining 75% of the center fee must be transferred to the designated examination center’s Officer-in-Charge before the commencement of exams.
