NU Notice: Revaluation of Answer Scripts for MACPM 2nd Semester Exam 2023

The National University of Bangladesh has announced that students of the Masters in Applied Criminology and Police Management (MACPM) program will soon be able to apply for a re-check of their 2023 second semester exam papers. This opportunity is being offered under Memo No. (555) B.A./P.A./Prof./Criminology and Police Management (MACPM)/2021/12967, issued on 17 August 2025.

When and how to apply

The application system will open on 18 August 2025 and remain active until 24 August 2025. During this period, students who are not satisfied with their results will be able to submit a request for revaluation.

The application must be completed online. After filling in the required information, the system will generate a payslip that has to be cleared before the request is accepted. The revaluation fee is 1,200 Taka per paper.

Payment options

The university has made the payment process flexible. Students may:

• Deposit the fee at any branch of Sonali Bank, or

• Pay through the online gateway using mobile banking services (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Tap), or

• Use debit/credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DBBL Nexus.

• Sonali Bank account holders may also transfer the fee directly from their own account.

Things to keep in mind

• Applications will only be considered valid if the fee is paid within the announced dates.

• Payments made outside the official system will not be recognized.

• There is no need to send hard copies of forms or payment slips to the university; the online submission and payment are enough.

• Once the deadline passes, no late applications will be accepted.

Final note

The revaluation process is designed for students who believe their marks do not reflect their performance. If you plan to apply, make sure to complete the form and payment early to avoid last-minute issues.
